Delerium Records was founded in 1991, primarily as a label to promote new psychedelic music. The label has become widely known due to the huge success of UK band Porcupine Tree, but Delerium also released recordings by many other artists. Between 1991 and 2001 Delerium issued a vast array of experimental music covering styles as diverse as Space Rock, Folk, Garage Rock, Psychedelia, Progressive Rock, Stoner Rock, Ambient, Electronic and Kraut Rock. A true independent label, the mission was to provide an alternative to corporate hype, with cutting edge, boundary dissolving music. Delerium fulfilled this mission selling over 250,000 records along the way. I'd like to dedicate this website to all the fans of adventurous music who made this possible.
